Definition
- Data visualization is the interdisciplinary practice of designing and creating graphic depictions (static and/or interactive) of information by applying suitable methods to put data into visible form, in particular as it relates to the representation of complex quantitative and/or qualitative data from specific domains in order to allow different audiences to understand and interpret the internal relationships within the data.
