- The collection "Plant Pathology: Post-Harvest Diseases of Fruit and Vegetables" consists of photographic material from numerous samples of fruit and vegetables affected by microbiological and physiological alterations after harvest, during storage, and commercialization. The samples were collected and photographed between 1970 and 1990 as part of the research and experimentation activities of CRIOF, the Center for the Conservation and Processing of Fruit and Vegetable Products at the University of Bologna.
