- Cleopatra of Macedonia (c. 355/354–308 BCE), daughter of Philip II of Macedon and Olympias of Epirus, was a Macedonian princess and the only full sibling of Alexander the Great. She later became queen and regent of Epirus, playing an important political role within the dynastic landscape of the Hellenistic world
